Stress reduction, increased concentration and focus, boosted productivity, improved mental and physical health – all are potential benefits of practicing mindfulness meditation. This May, the Wellness & Professional Development Committee is bringing weekly meditation opportunities to our building! The following meditation sessions are open to everyone, including those new to meditation:
